Two sheets of plain, white paper combined into one, vertical, rectangular sheet of paper mounted onto a white sheet of lighter-colored cardstock. The rectangular sheet features hand-written instructions in graphite for assembling the separate wooden sculpture piece titled "Dry Creek Shorty".
