Drawing of a solid gray triangle on a rectangular sheet of plain, off-white paper that still includes the spiral binding holes along the left edge. Inside this solid gray triangle are three, thin, rectangular stripes each at a different angle to evoke the illusion of a square shape inside the gray triangle.
